We must collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available through our app. You can download the app without providing any personal information. However to be an approved driver that can do deliveries, we require complete verification of your identify and profile. This also includes drivers license checks and vehicle insurance checks. Without this information, we cannot allow you to complete deliveries through our platform. The information we collect includes but is not limited the following:
- Your name, email, phone number, date of birth
- Residential address
- Driving license number and photos
- Vehicle details and photo of insurance
- Bank account details
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about whenever you interact with our app. Non-personal identification information may include the device name, the type of operating system and various other technical information. This information will be utilized to improve our service. The information we collect includes but is not limited the following:
- Device name
- Operating system
- App activity such as clicks, time spent online
- Crash reports and error logs
Background Location Tracking
The BNO Drivers app uses background location tracking so dispatchers and customers can monitor your location when you complete deliveries. Your location is also used to determine which delivery jobs you will be assigned. This way you will get deliveries that are close to your location. Your location will be tracked even when the app is closed. To stop location tracking, you can go offline at any time.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
